Playing For Keeps

2018 release from the veteran R&B vocalist. Playing For Keeps is the follow-up to his 2016 album Dress To Impress. From his classic debut album, Make It Last Forever, to his Soul Train Lifetime Achievement Award and over 30+ years of hits, singer/songwriter Keith Sweat's name is synonymous with R&B. A true music pioneer, Keith's influence is still heard in today's hits from artists like 21 Savage and Chris Brown. Not much has changed with this living legend. Keith's forthcoming 13th studio album promises more sexy ballads, smooth grooves, flawless harmonies and heartwarming lyrics from the R&B veteran. The new album, Playing For Keeps, Keith proves he's still got it. Riding a smooth line between classic and contemporary, Keith keeps it both sexy and sweet teaming up with Teddy Riley, who helped shape those early hits and newer collaborators like Tank and Akon. On Playing For Keeps, Keith still has an eye for talent, introducing us yet again to new artists to watch like Candace Price and Ray Fade. On Playing For Keeps, Keith Sweat deals a high stakes game of love and loyalty. Will you be a winner?
