BWB

2016 release. BWB - known among contemporary jazz fans by it's acronym - means Braun Whalum Brown. Messrs. Rick, Kirk and Norman. Trumpet, Sax and Guitar. Any way you call it; three men of deep talent, genre-busting chops, and musical influences deeper than the collective American pop and soul songbook. For the first time this troika exposes the art of the original song on their newest - no real surprise for anyone familiar with their history of solo, self-penned chart-toppers. From the very first tour behind their debut album they've wowed crowds with an honest chemistry onstage that was both infectious and engaging, charming all within earshot by the easy talent and power of their abilities. A collective of leaders really, with the grace to collaborate and present fans with this new collection of tunes and an entertaining show. Don't miss either. BWB!
