When The City Sleeps

"When The City Sleeps" is the natural continuation of Alex Isley's 2025 EP WHEN. (BLUE) The project expands on the themes she introduced earlier in the year, offering a deeper exploration of the duality within her love experiences and relationships set against the backdrop of Los Angeles, specifically the moments that unfold "when the city is asleep." The album highlights the intimate places, late-night moods, and emotional reflections that shape her connection to both the city and her relationships. With titles like "PCH" and "Lullaby," Alex thoughtfully weaves together ideas that reinforce this nighttime Los Angeles narrative, creating a cohesive and immersive conceptual world.
