ABOUT THE ALBUM
After leaving the Byrds in '66, Clark faced uncertainty-until he teamed with banjoist extraordinaire Doug Dillard. Informal jam sessions gave way to this 1968 LP, which set the template for the new sound of country-rock; this thoroughly intoxicating classic (featuring future Eagle Bernie Leadon) includes Out on the Side; She Darked the Sun; Don't Come Rollin'; the Radio Song; in the Plan, and more!
