Mgm Singles

Over time, Domingo Samudio (a.k.a. Sam the Sham) grew frustrated that his band was perceived as a novelty act. The turbans didn't help-but the fact is they helped bring Tex-Mex to the masses and their singles are marvels of raw, roots grit and real-deal rock 'n' roll. Here's the first-ever collection of every MGM A- and B-side (many of the hottest things here are B-sides) plus solo and side-project cuts: The smashes Wooly Bully and Lil' Red Riding Hood ; the hits Ju Ju Hand; Ring Dang Doo; Red Hot; the Hair on My Chinny Chin Chin; How Do You Catch a Girl; Oh That's Good, No That's Bad; Black Sheep, and more. Get this double-vinyl edition if you want rare Sham-ettes tracks (they're not on the CD)!
