ABOUT THE ALBUM
Bob Dylan was Jerry Garcia's favorite songwriter, and the admiration was mutual; as Dylan himself said after Jerry's death, "There's no way to measure his greatness or magnitude as a person or as a player." Now, this 2-CD set offers over two hours of Dylan interpretations by Garcia with the Dead, the Jerry Garcia Band and his jazz-flavored group Legion of Mary, all of 'em unreleased! Includes Knockin' on Heaven's Door; It's All Over Now, Baby Blue; I Shall Be Released; Forever Young; Visions of Johanna, and more, all remastered in HDCD with in-depth liner notes featuring contributions by Bob Weir!
