Pianist Peter Jablonski's first volume in a multi-volume series featuring the complete piano works by Karol Szymanowski (1882-1937). Already for decades Peter Jablonski has been an ardent champion of Polish music and his award-recordings for Ondine include several albums devoted to works by Polish composers. A contemporary of Stravinsky and Bartók, Karol Szymanowski was a leading figure in Polish music during the first decades of the 20th century.
