A Friend of Mine

Mitch and The Sensationals is a group of unique voices blended together in a traditional gospel group. Group founder and lead singer, James 'Mitch' Mitchell has been singing gospel music for over 30 years. All the members in the group each have a number of years dedicated to this art. Though, Mitch is the founder and lead of the group, other members of the group as well as the upfront singers and band members also sing lead. Check out Coco, female Bass Guitartist/Keyboard Player, as she leads on track number one - 'Say What You Mean'. Then there is Pamela Middleton, one of the upfront singers, who bellows out 'What He Done For Me' as she remembers what He (God) has done for her. Mitch and The Sensationals incorporate talent, skill, desire along with their southern upbringing. Encouraging each other and enjoying each other transfers over into the relaxed yet vibrant sounds coming from each instrument both human and as well as physical.
