Recorded in Soup Studio, Blume sees Nérija – comprised of contemporary jazz luminaries, Nubya Garcia (tenor saxophone), Sheila Maurice-Grey (trumpet), Cassie Kinoshi (alto saxophone), Rosie Turton (trombone), Shirley Tetteh (guitar), Lizy Exell (drums) and Rio Kai (bass) - build upon their effortlessly beautiful sound and compositional style, sprawling in scope and depth, confirming their position as one of the most exciting bands to have come from London in recent years.
