The record is centered around the music Hancock wrote for the TV special Hey, Hey, Hey, It's Fat Albert. On Fat Albert Rotunda, Herbie Hancock's brings you funky tracks like "Fat Mama" and more modern jazz-oriented tunes like "Tell Me A Bedtime Story".
